What is Lorem ipsum?

Can it generate Japanese dummy text?

This tool generates only the classic Lorem ipsum (Latin-like English placeholder text). If you need Japanese dummy text, use the sister tool "Japanese Dummy Text Generator (Japanese Lorem Ipsum)", which produces kanji+kana, katakana, and hiragana Japanese placeholder text.

Is my input or output sent to a server?
